Our FIRM
Our firm was started in 2015 by a couple of staffing industry veterans. We began our careers over 30 years ago with the biggest firms in the industry and worked with top Fortune 100/500 clients. Grateful for those firms and experiences, we learned from our clients that “we” were the X factor and our servant mentality was our differentiator.
Our PURPOSE
Russell Lane Technology was created with a clear vision and mission: Serve our clients and consultants to the best of our ability and treat them like we would want to be treated. In an industry that has become quite transactional, we’re convinced our firm’s success is a result of our intentional focus on building trust and relationships with our clients who now ask for us by name.
